Pear Tree Cookies first opened in April 2021 as a hobby shared with family and friends, and quickly flourished into a small business.

We are a small home bakery located in Stoneham, MA with full kitchen licensing and food safety certification.

Pear Tree Cookies prides itself on offering a cookie for every occasion.

My last name, Pereira, translates to Pear Tree and thus sets the foundation for my little home bakery. I wanted to find a way to combine my passion for baking while staying true to my Portuguese heritage.

I remember growing up watching both my grandmother and mother in the kitchen baking traditional Portuguese cookies, and wanted to join in.
Today I get to do exactly that and share it with others.

Whether it be a classic chocolate chip cookie or a traditional Portuguese biscoito, I hope to bake your event even sweeter!
